Refund policy

At Fortunate Sun, we want you to love your products as much as we do! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns
We offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on all our products. If you’re not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused or only lightly tested.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@fortunatesun.com.au with your order details. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back. 

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Damages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@fortunatesun.com.au within 7 days of delivery, and we will assist with a replacement or refund.
